Jon is a great realtor. That's really putting it mildly. The knowledge about buying and selling real estate in the D.C. Metro area that Jon brings to the table helped us get an awesome result - the house we dreamed of at a great price. (We bought in NOVA). 

Jon took the time to evaluate our "needs   and wants" and helped us identify houses that met our criteria in the neighborhood we wanted. Jon compiled a list of 41 houses and then talked us through each one to help us identify contenders and eliminate the rest so that we only spent time driving to houses that had real promise for us. Jon has great technology that helps a lot with this process.

When you're in a house with Jon, he has a great eye and points out a lot of the things in a home that you don't know to look for, especially if you're first time home buyers like we were. Then, when you decide to pull the trigger and submit an offer, Jon is an excellent negotiator who helped us make some pretty smart moves during the process that worked out strongly to our advantage while still representing us well to the other side. To top it all off, Jon made going around looking at houses a lot of fun, so you don't feel like you're losing a Saturday.
